Tom Quinn is a seasoned executive and board leader with over three decades of experience driving growth, strategy, and innovation across life sciences, healthcare, and impact investment. As the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Western New York Impact Investment Fund, he has spearheaded successful fundraising campaigns, implemented rigorous due diligence processes, and guided over $13 million of capital investments, creating hundreds of jobs with a focus on marginalized populations. His leadership has been nationally recognized in outlets such as Forbes and The Foundation Review for advancing place-based impact investing as a model for community revitalization.

Prior to his current role, Quinn held senior leadership positions at biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies including Roche/Genentech, Physicians Interactive, The Medicines Company, and Quintiles Transnational (IQVIA). Throughout his career, he has led IPO transactions, executed multimillion-dollar fundraises, completed acquisitions, and scaled organizations from start-up to global operations. With a foundation in pharmacy from Duquesne University and executive training from Dartmouth and Columbia, Quinn combines deep industry expertise with strategic vision. He continues to serve on numerous boards, contributing his expertise to entrepreneurial ecosystems, community development, and emerging ventures.
