Raziya Hill is a nonprofit leader, advocate, and community changemaker dedicated to ensuring that every family has access to the basic necessities needed to thrive. As the Founder and Executive Director of Every Bottom Covered, she has become a leading voice in the fight against diaper need and period poverty, working to remove barriers that disproportionately affect underserved families throughout the Buffalo community.
Under her leadership, Every Bottom Covered has grown into a trusted community-based organization that provides essential diapering and hygiene supplies while building partnerships with nonprofits, healthcare providers, schools, and local agencies to expand access to critical resources. Through innovative programming and strategic collaboration, the organization helps promote dignity, stability, and healthier outcomes for children and caregivers alike.
Raziya oversees the vision, daily operations, and long-term growth of the organization, directing community outreach, fundraising initiatives, volunteer engagement, and program development to ensure services remain responsive to the evolving needs of the families they serve. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that access to basic hygiene products is not a luxury but a fundamental necessity that supports health, education, economic mobility, and family well-being.
A passionate advocate for equity and social justice, Raziya works tirelessly to raise awareness about the hidden challenges of diaper insecurity and menstrual poverty while championing policies and partnerships that create lasting systemic change. Through compassion, collaboration, and determined leadership, she continues to transform lives across Western New York, empowering families with practical support and helping build a stronger, healthier, and more equitable community for future generations.

Breakfast is a full-production morning event built around a curation of creative voices on second Fridays. The program includes a shared meal, a talk, and time for listening and reflection.
