Every year, we like to host an event that highlights of the array of creativity here in Western New York. What better way to celebrate summer than share the stage with you, Buffalo's creative community, the folks in the audience, out in the neighborhoods, you Buffalonian's who are making things happen?!
We invite you to share your take on creativity, to be considered for giving a 7-minute short talk on Friday, August 14, 2026 as one of three featured speakers.
This year, we are especially interested in the empowerment in creativity.
In the past, we’ve hosted a variety of speakers for this style event:

☆ Jalen Law related water and creativity as lifeblood.
☆ Gaitrie Subryan explored identity.
☆ Bianca L. McGraw built community through art, literally.
☆ Kimberly Behzadi pondered keeping folklore alive through food.
☆ Yelena Cichoki found her creativity.
☆ Adriana Viverette spoke to resiliency.
The deadline to apply is Wednesday, July 8th at 11:59pm EDT. We will announce the chosen speakers at the July 10th event and begin speaker coaching for those folks who'll take the stage that next month.
